Any broker with accesss to CME should be able to offer these. Although at $5/tick vs. $10/tick I prefer to trade the ;larger contract on ICE or CME. Plenty of liquidity in either of these.

Hi TWI...by CME u mean CME globex..do we have enough liquidity on the electronic platform...I didnt see much spreads trading on the cme globex platform ..as i happen to trade only in spreads
