DOW Last Hour

I have noticed that on a number of occasions that during the last hour of trading the Dow making large moves up or down.

Sometimes this is due to the release of information or reaction to an event but other times there appears no reson for it.

Can anyone shed light on why this occurs?

Money exits the bonds and enters the Equity Market.

I've noticed this end of day movement and occasionally take advantage.
Last night I took one down and one up position. Made18 points.
Spread betting so was out and away by 19:50.
Still, 18 points in 15 minutes is better than my average performance

Is there any way of forecasting before hand that moving out of bonds and into shares is going to occur or occuring.
