Is their a difference between them, if in DMA CFD you would actually affect the actual market depth in exchange?

As far as I know, there is a difference in that all CFD's are OTC with the exception of exchange traded CFD's available on ASX. In other words, OTC CFD's are off-exchange and would not show up in market depth.
