Designing a financial portfolio app for the iPad

Hi there,

I'm self teaching myself how to program for the iPhone/iPad and thought the first app I would make would be a portfolio app for all my financial investments. It will be a basic app the shows all your investments in a pie chart and gives you a current valuation of your investments

I'm posting on this forum to ask for any suggestion on features you would want in such an app? It won't be very complex, just a snapshot of your portfolio that I thought would look good on the iPad format.

Cool, that would mean being able to list individual trades with the date that you bought the investment at then.
