on a debit bull call spread is there advantage to let the option expire than to close early ?

Is the spread be ITM? If so, then if you close out well before expiration, you assure that you gain a solid profit and eliminate the risk that the spread ends up expiring ATM or OTM. However, the potential profit is substantially higher at expiration if the option spread is ITM.

if I close before it will close like 0.5-0.7 but on expiration it converges to 1.0 ?
