I had an interesting situation tonight with CMC I put a trade through Selling the GBP/JPY M. When I went to put the stop in the trade came back sorry market is closed !!
I phoned them up and they said the trade shouldn't have gone through because it was the December Monthly not the quarterley bet. The trade was going in my favour and I had made the ten point spread back. In the end the dealer admitted it was their mistake and gave me a price for a 3 point profit.
I tell you just for your info its an easy mistake to make with CMC ,check it says Q and not M on the rolling monthly trades.
