Recently i was looking at : http://www.londonstockexchange.com/trading/members/default.asp to see if d4f hold a membership from LSE. it seems that they aren't a member of LSE , not really sure why, please does anyone know the reason.

They may be privately owned or you my need to check CMC which is the owning company.

They don't need membership as they are not a broker. Deal4free do not offer any products that are traded on the LSE, or indeed any other exchange, only their own instruments which are priced based on exchange traded products.
