Day Trading.

Can somebody give a comprehensive explenation of Day Trading, and all it's complexities in just a few sentences just to clarify things with all us NEWBIES out here. I know somebody is going to highlight JUST A FEW SENTENCES, so i thought i would do it for you anyway! The point is...well let's see!

I beleive the simplest definition would be a trade which is opened and closed within the same day.

However, there are a multitude of trading styles and markets traded which would go far beyond a few sentences.

What are you trying to get at?
