Data W/O Div and W Adj for Splits

Does anyone know where to obtain historical data feeds with the following criteria?

1. 10+ year historical data
2. U.S. Stocks
3. Ajusted for stock splits
4. Not adjusted for Dividend splits
5. Low cost or free.
6. downloadable to one of the following: .txt, asci, .xls, csv

Premium data at: http://www.premiumdata.net appears to have it, but seems high priced and also they do not answer my questions on services/subscriptions/prices.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Rich,

We have responded to all of your requests regarding the data we offer.

However, we have been unable to deliver our email to your mailbox at creditworthy.com - your mail server mountbatten.nacmtampa.com immediately disconnects as soon as our mail server attempts to connect to it. I've also tried to connect to it from multiple other mail servers to confirm it's not a problem with our mail server and they appear to confirm the problem is with your mail server.

If you could send us another email from a different email address we'll forward the correspondence to you.

PS - We think we're competitively priced in the market for fully adjusted data with all of the features we provide (such as custom folders etc.)
