I have usd and chf as sells on triple arow but i'd really need us30 above 11180 for it to interest me more :smart:

the gbp is now triple arrow buy but I see that us30 is falling so it should not be traded against the usd realy........

The market loves GBP today..........👍

When you get days like this it really distorts the FXcorrelator 😱

the GBP's super-strength sends everything else into a tizzy and makes the Standard correlations I look for here appear wrong 😱

theyre probably pretty ok if you removed the GBP element (ie reset as a G7 correlator)

however in truth the Yen is also not correlating having been sold a lot so far today off of that falling us30 so things are really out of whack !!!!!

dont knock it though - if you've been buying GBP and/or also selling yen your already taking the rest of the day off perhaps......👍

its interesting......the gbp rise was happening well before the GDP release at 8.30am

the market knows all it would seem.......😎

and the Boj are definately up to something overnight........a falling global Equity market was/is perfect for dumping yen against a rising USD

or they were also buying a cheap GBP as well
