Whoa......dow30 has held and is rallying :clap:

So guess what Currencies suffer ?......yep TAGCHF down and others mainly up :smart:

Except the Euro who finally lost its mojo after a great run earlier....:whistling

today has been a good day in the correlation fields......

nice predictable movements based on some (fairly) solid correlation principles that I have been boring you with since August 26th last year on this thread

some days it will fall in a heap..........but some days it just rolls like a dream 😎

until tomorrow my correlation compardres - till the corrie rides again !!! :smart:

dow30 has been neutralish overnight and range bound

tag team have been more bullish than expected so if the dow30 now falls a little I will like buying them....and I suppose CHF

the potential weaklings are GBP and then Euro and also AUD that really retreated again in the night...

at his moment if dow30 falls below 10230 ish (support) i'd Sell GBPUSD below 1.54

T1 1.5375
T2 1.5350

if Euro initiates the chase down even better for above :smart:

GBP has fallen BUT so has USD (faster fall)

Net Result? - a bounce back up of 18 pips above 1.54 instead of being already at
T1 on G/U......

Crazy............the only currency really falling with the GBP is the USD....

so I could have called any other GBP sell trade and be already in the money

odds at 7/1 on to win and I pick the loser 😱

my Dad and Grandad (who were very successful bookmakers and also gamblers) must be holding their heads in shame up there whilst playing cards with St Peter 😛

Hi all

hmmm.........bit boring today so far.........

dow30 is locked in a tightish bull range and this is affecting the currencies re dynamics and volatility......

NFP's tomorrow are probably taking their toll now as everyone starts to sit back and wait.....?

the GBP has been bullied the most today as the boredom continued...I could claim that my earlier (and only) trade call today (Sell G/U below 1.54) has been brilliant and was exactly as I planned having achieved T1 comfortably and it recently shaving T2 (1.5350) and a 50 pip gain by just 4 pips.......

but I wont ..........because actually the Dow did not do what I really needed it to do so it doesnt really count :innocent:

but take a 20ma FXcorrelator and compress it to compare the volatility of recent days and its not that bad at all ?

Naaaaa, just a correction of the last large move down. Will probably end on the news tomorrow! But I agree with the drying paint thing.
