How is the average corporate dealer / broker paid like in your country?
What do you know / think about the job?
Not sure if sell-side teams are structured similarly everywhere.. but it's a fantastic job here.
Eat, drink on the company's expense, you have the motherload of insider info (not that you'd do anything with it of course) and make good money in average years, obscene money in good economy years.
Why on earth would people bother fighting to get to buy side?
