colour changes

Hi
Ive managed to change the colour in net change for green above zero val and red below zero val. [green]+#.0;[red]-#.0
How would i write a format that would also change the bid/ask to calcutate green if higher then last quote or red if lower than last quote.Any help appreciated.

You can't, the built-in Sierra spreadsheet only does conditional formatting based on the actual cell value, unlike Excel which also allows formulas.
