An old friend and colleague of mine has moved to CMC and I want to send him an email but I do not know the format, I assumed someone on here might have had it.

why not wait for your friend to get in touch, or ask him on the the new fangled facebook or Twitter, or if you know him just phone him up, or call CMC's office and ask for him in person..
