MET OFFICE SHOCK: UK Temperature Network Goes From Bad to Even Worse in Just 18 Months

". . . 80% of the UK Met Office’s temperature measuring sites are so poorly located that potential ‘uncertainties’ could corrupt the readings by a numbers of degrees of centigrade". . . "A new FOI has found that the Classes 4 and 5 junk sites have increased significantly over the last 18 months and now total an appalling 80.6% of the entire network. Pristine Class 1 sites – which measure a credible ambient air temperature with little chance of unnatural heat corruption – are just 4.9% of the total, having fallen in number in this short period from 24 to 19. . ."

Triggernometry sits down with independent energy expert and consultant Kathryn Porter, founder of Watt-Logic, as she breaks down the risks and realities of Net Zero policies, and why some approaches may need rethinking.

This is a truly jaw dropping interview. Subscribers to this thread know that the whole man made climate change hoax is just that but, even so, many people think that a move towards renewable energy is sensible - if only because fossil fuels can't last forever. However, how many people realise the extent of the costs and that, as things stand, Spanish style blackouts are a very real possibility here in the U.K. and that they would cause many fatalities. The point being that the Iberian blackout was caused by renewable energy sources. She goes on to explain why we don't live in a functioning democracy and that the real power and decision making lies with civil servants who are independent of government. This is a must watch!

The Week Climate Catastrophism Lost Its Grip

Joe Rogan, Dr Richard Lindzen, Dr William Happer and Ted Nordhaus just cracked the climate panic bubble, says Anthony Watts in Red State.
". . . For years, the scientific establishment relied on social intimidation — the idea that only a crank would question “The Science.” Yet here we have one of America’s most prominent environmentalists conceding that catastrophism is unsupported, and two world-class scientists calmly walking through why CO₂ sensitivity is overstated. The curtain has been pulled back. . ."

Why I Stopped Being a Climate Catastrophist

For a number of years, the BBC’s coverage of climate change and related policy issues has been misinforming the public. It is often one-sided, misleading and sometimes even factually incorrect, with an absence of alternative views and inconvenient facts that might run counter to the BBC agenda.

The Beeb – funded by licence-fee payers – blames climate change for nearly every bit of bad weather that comes along. It has long been a fervent backer of Net Zero and other climate policies but rarely tells the public how much it is costing them and how little effect such policies will in fact have. Climate change has almost become a religion for it.

The BBC’s Top 50 Pieces of Climate Misinformation – Part 2

The current furore over the BBC's editing of President Trump's speech is, needless to say, just the tip of the iceberg which, far from what the BBC claims, isn't melting. The corporation's bias on ALL the major news stories of the day (by which I mean those that rumble on for years if not decades), has been evident for a very long time now to anyone who cares to engage in primary school level critical thinking. That they can't see it and deny it on a daily - if not hourly basis - would be funny were it not so serious. Their continued support for entirely spurious narratives is deeply damaging to this country and a catastrophe for the U.K. economy.

I don't care about the Trump "error of judgement" lol; but I hope it's the catalyst that results in a much wider investigation into the BBC's appallingly biased journalism in favour of any and every piece of so called 'progressive' woke ideology. Top of that list is their reporting on climate change and their obsession with ditching fossil fuels in favour of ruinous 'green' energy alternatives. This article summarises the problem very well. Enjoy . . .
