STEP A

When the Bloomberg financial expert anchors start getting euphoric ,to the point of "self stimulation" I start selling whatever asset they are referencing .

STEP B

When the Bloomberg financial expert anchors have a confused look on their face and start "self harming" I start buying whatever asset they are referencing.
