CFD provider opinions

I am just completing some background research on a select few CFD providers and would be grateful for some first hand opinions. I have tested a few in demo account but often this does not highlight some of the issues experienced in the long term.

The providers I am looking at are:
Alpari
GFT
Tradindex
IG Markets
Saxo Bank
