CEO's percentage of company owned

Hi Guys, I was wondering, how can I find out what percentage of a company the CEO and/or the management team own?

As I am looking to buy stocks owned by the CEO, as they would have stake in the game. This is something I have learnt from the book 100 Baggers by Christopher Mayer
