Can't spot the difference between these fun

Hi guys,

I'm a nit of a newb to investing,have invested in cash ISAs and stocks and shares (in unit trusts) but now I've got a bit more time, I've started to take an interest in investing.
Have opened up an account with an execution only stockbroker and was just looking at two funds that seem identical in structure but not performance/price. The two have the same names:
JP Morgan UK Strategic Equity Income A Acc Retl NAV
but one has an ISIN GB0004124904 prices @ 103.50p
and the other ISIN GB0004124342 @80.33p

So excuse my lack of knowledge when I ask what the difference is!

Well for starters, the price

Share class sizes are different.

the higher price one will be accumulative (dividends re-invested)
the other will be non-accumulative (dividends paid out to you)

Usually funds of this type have two "types" of share; Income and Accumulation. I think that's probably it.
