The new contract is only for $400K.

In May it got $4.3M and $8M contract; back then, there were no big reactions. What happened?

with that contract that have entered a new industry. potential untapped income and growth prospects etc etc

Its a virgin stock. What happens with new IPOs is that many collapse when issued. When the sellers are emptied, there are only happy buyers.

This does not mean however that the stock is a buy. You should look for the strength to build up into a trend before joining it.

It trades only 47k per day. It would not take much effort for the price to jump up like that. This also means that it can come down drastically 100% or more say if anyone sold 47k shares. If the fundamentals of the company are strong then I would just buy in 5% to 10% of the outstanding stock and then sell it to institutions when they enter.

Any stock that trades below 300k per day on average is a risky bet.

Virgin stocks have one of the most beautiful rallies once it begins to move up. The strength lies in the conviction of the trader to pursue it.

IPO launch crashes and then coming back from the brink of delisting create the best stocks to trade. Many maket leaders that become big growth names are born this way.

These are the same stocks that remain in the limbo for years creating the well known long term tight basing pattern and then suddenly something happens and there is big spike up which creates a 2 year bull run. These type of moves make millionaires and what you hear about.

Change of mindset is the hardest thing to do and then sticking to it..

Thanks scose-no-doubt and safcan for the valuable suggestions. Those totally make sense to me why the stock soured. A quick follow-up: is there a way to find a good enter/exit point for this type of stocks?

To do this you need to learn trend trading and then use weekly charts to confirm the new uptrend. Once confirmed you can enter on the daily charts and exit through daily charts too.

Basically you need to learn trend trading. A good blog of Pradeep Bonde called stockbee. Read all the articles on it and you can learn a lot about good stock trading practices.
