Canadian futures/currency exchange

Hi
Just wanting to know if there is a Canadian futures/currency exchange???
A friend of mine has come across a system which apparently involves the exchange and asked me to pass the question on.

There's the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange
http://www.wce.ca/
but they don't do a lot.

There is also the Toronto Stock Exchange which I think you will probably find out about under TSE300 or (might be TSE60 now) but having lived pretty near to it, I can tell you that its not exactly the busiest place on Earth...and the charts dont look all that favourable either.
