Can Not Register With Moneytec

I've tried and not received the follow up email.I've tried logging in and using the forgot password key-no joy.I've tried registering with another username and email address,no joy.I've sent messages via the contact us link re:registration issues-no joy.Could someone who is registered please ask about this?(I tried registering as jonnyy40).
