Buy/Sell off the open with EL

what is the best way to write an order in EL to buy/sell tomorrow off the open, if a certain condition arises?

If....then...;

buy next bar at open + ....stop;
buy tomorrow at open +..stop;
buy next bar at open next bar +stop;
