Buy one and sell the other

If SB have the dow at for example 80+ before open can you not buy a CFD in DIA at open for about 20+ and sell the SB at 80+, although SB have it at 80+ it very rarely hits it at open and although may reach what SB quote quickly can you not take a better position in the CFD and hedge the play to take the difference?.... or not?

Sounds great in theroy, but I have a feeling you won't get the DIA price your looking for
If it opens at 14:30, then the first traded price will be somewhere close to Dow value
