at my journal, CAPITAL letters sometimes work, but sometimes they are converted when i hit 'post'

this is a problem for obsessive-compulsive formatters

eg i type Audcad all in caps, but it posts as shown

T2W is loading very very slowly today

yet i am having no slow loading with any other web page
