I bought a trading system from Bruce Gagnard in Salt Lake City. There was a money back option. I have sent Gagnard emails and left phone messages asking for a refund. Howver, I cannot contact him as he doesn't reply to the emails or phone messages. Has anyone else had this experience with Bruce Gagnard?
