Broker for Automatic Trading System

I need a broker for to trade with a self-made fully-automatic trading system.
Important is automatic trading interface (software is trading for itself).
Broker must deliver real-time quotes and executions.

Cheap fees preferred

Do you have a recommendation for me?

Interactive brokers. Not the cheapest in all markets but has a well documented API available in C++ and Java.
