I currently daytrade utilising Tradestation.

My download speed is 2542kbps - which never provided me with any difficulties.

However, I am soon moving and having to change provider to fixed wireless from my current dsl.

The speeds on fixed wireless is 1000kbps.

Will I experience any obvious differences (contention ratio's are similiar). For what I need - am I currently oversubscribed ?

Would welcome any comments and/or advice.

Personally I would say if you have 512k or better you are fine for trading.

Thanks Roguetrader.

Is this the consensus ?

512k is fine for trading. Price/etc information is generally small data size anyway - a few kb.
