apprently gft uk and elswhere is to merge with gain capital for business reasons.

GFT/GAIN Capital Merger Analysis
it is such a pity as gft was really the best broker out there with excellent spreads and they were honest which is hard to find. When i placed limit orders they were filled at 0.5 pip better if market gapped that amount and recently with eur/yen even sometimes 3 pips in my favour even though i could never prove otherwise if they filled at my limit price.
anyway i do hope that they keep there same dealbook software (i use dealbook web)
lets hope we can pressure gain to keep the old customer service and traders and software.
lets make a petition
also gft offers binary options and spreadbetting and gain offers none of these
