I have one of their charts in my journal.
if thats working , they are up and running.

you may have to delete your temp files / cache
and reboot.

You delete cache by opening and trading through a futures or spreadbet account.

netscape uses a cache and IE uses temp internet files.
so it just depends on which browser you have.
