Bigcharts

Not sure if I've put this in the right place - but here goes anyway.....

I use Bigcharts.com for end of day prices and have recently had a problem with Dax charts.

DE:1876534 used to work as the symbol/keyword and now it doesn't.

I've tried e-mailing them for help but I get a disclaimer saying that they've received my message but may never reply to me.

Can anyone help?

I also use(d) bigcharts for free EOD charts for the DAX does anyone know where else I can get them from?
