I want to SB, probably in a different mode to most of you. I would like to hear which SB company would be best for me.
I want to put on long term positions on indices. IE buy FTSE shares over a couple of year periods. I have a few problems.
* I am going to be living in other countries during this period.
* Because I want to keep the position open over the long term, I need to move margin money in and out efficiently. (or get interest on the cash balance)
* I don't want to get urgent margin calls - a week or two notice is OK.
* To reduce time & effort I'd like 6mthly contracts or better.
Spreads don't really matter, I'm more interested in service.
Any ideas?
