I'm looking to trade fx, futures & indices, and later some options.
To me, there's a jungle out there: eSignal, SierraChart, MetaTrader, TradeStation, CQG, and the list goes on...
1. Can any kindred spirit kindly suggest what platform + live data feed to start off on please?
2. I noticed the t2w poll from last night; US traders seem to prefer TradeStation whereas UK ones voted for eSignal. Do most agree these 2 take top slot?
3. As for brokers, IB comes out on top!! But I've always been told they have a bad platform and customer service (no one answers). Please share your views.
