Best lombard loan

I am looking for a good lombard loan (= low interest).

Interactive Broker is quite good with 1.6 %, unfortunately they do not have my wished BOND available. What are your brokers for lombard loan? Any other alternative below 2%?

I was checking around and found out conditions are heavily dependent on the issuer, up to 6.5 %.
