Best intraday trading times for Stoxx 50

Hi there,

I have never had any interest in non US Indices until now, and I am wondering what the shape of the Stoxx 50 day is ...generally speaking.
ie What parts of the day carry the volume.[ I know a little bit about ES, as a reference]

Also I would appreciate an approximation of RT commissions on say 10 lot trades.

I always see the most movement at the start of the day from 07:00 - 09:00 GMT.

If you can get on the right side of the trade for that 1-2 hour period, you can usually hit your % target and be finished for the day! Unless you continue to keep trading.

I see the most movement in all of the European Index's at this time, not just ESX50 .

I find looking at volume helps find the best times of day for trading opportunities

I trade from GMT 7am-10.30am then switch to the Eminis for 1pm-5pm
