My favourite books are Market Wizards, Reminiscences of a stock operator and Trading in the Zone to name but a few. There are many more books, you may wish to look at some more specific ones for your style of trading. Without knowing how you trade, I cannot recommend any one book.
As for courses, sorry I do not know. I was trained on the job.
Trading is very much practical which is what most people fail to realise. Individuals will constantly search for the best books, strategies, courses thinking this is all they need to become profitable.
My recommendation is to copy someone who is already making money so you can earn whist you learn. You will learn as you go along without the danger of losing money which happens to most.
Once you are confident you can profit by yourself then go it alone and over time you will refine your trading to suit your particular style.
