am in the process of opening a forex trading account, i intend to trade with a forex broker any suggestion?

my advice to you is check the broker sevices from a to z
customer support : how the responed and if really help you with any issue
promotion : i don`t know this broker but from the the promotion you will know if this really want to give the trader good chance to strat
regulation : this is very important to know this broker is good one not a scamers
the platform : if they use mt4 that is fine and easy

I will go against this advice
IMO You want to trade with a broker not a bucketshop. That means that you want someone who doesn't take the other side of your trade themselves (and thus, get paid for f*cking you over). There are a number of real brokers (ECNs) including the one I use, Interactive Brokers.
But they don't use Metatrader ... which, if like most of the successful traders on this board you believe that you should trade price action, perhaps with manually drawn trendlines and maybe 1 or at most 2 indicators (if you must) then you don't need metatrader.
If however you want to wonk around with metatrader indicators and systems rather than learn to trade ... the MT bucketshops are the way to go!
