I haven't followed it in the last year or so, but I used to use it for stock analyses. The program used to be free and was listed as "stock-analyzer". The developer has since improved it and made it a paid service.
My overall opinion--one of the best programs I've ever encountered for stock analyses (I've moved onto futures now, so I don't use it much anymore--it's geared to stocks, and the data feed is from yahoo).
There is a really active yahoo group that discusses the program, and will probably have information for any questions you might have (do a search in yahoo groups for best charts).
