Running from Dave when he's trying to rape you.

Running is a great choice for a variety of reasons:

You can can do it just about anytime, anywhere
It's high impact, which helps build strong bones and connective tissue
It gets your heart rate up more quickly than low or no impact exercise

A 145-lb person can burn 300 calories by running at 5.2 mph for 30 minutes. The same person would burn about half of that with a brisk walk.

I find that exposing yourself in public and then running from authorities is best. I'm yet to find another activity that matches the level of adrenalin release for added push and fat burning.

Depends what your fitness and body fat levels are to begin with. If you're very overweight then jogging (especially not on a treadmill) can be extremely hard on your knees and ankles, so take omega 6 & 9.Cycling is less stressfull on most joints.

If you are of an ok fitness level, HIIT is proven to be very sucessful at fat burning, but will not improve your fitness like long distance training will.

Entering a stake ten times greater than intended for an EU spreadbet just before a major news announcement.

Swimming is also a very good cardio workout, as well as an all-body workout. Even if you just tread water in one spot for 30 minutes, you'll be sore and tired as all hell when you're out of the water, and with a good heartbeat.

I find posting completely off-topic on forums with a link in your signature to your business's website then trying to argue for 20 hours that your question is authentic is the best exercise.

I'm a little lame. I can't run. The next best thing is to get the pulse rate up- i go to a gym every day and get on a cycling machine, treadmill---anything that will get that rate up. I'm fine, I'm nearly 80 and, although I wish that I could run for the train that is just coming in I know that I won't catch it and don't try.

There are some who get that pulse rate up by trading five hundred quid per point- that is not the same thing! It's cheaper in a gym or running a few miles. :D

Oh, yes, grub is a big factor with heart problems. Get the weight down. Booze, sugar, sandwiches, biscuits, eating between meals----cut all that out first, then come back and I will tell you more.....

As for exercise, I'll stick to a cycling machine. I can do other things while cycling eg reading, playing with phone. I do about 60-70km a week. There's no way I'd even run 1km a week as 30m down the road, I'd be thinking, "This is a complete waste of time!" and walk back via the shops having picked up a packet of crisps, a chocolate bar and a can of drink. :D

According to my opinion Best cardio is "intencity" training ... where you do a minit of running a certain speed, then suddenly switch to another speed, then a minit later switch again to another speed etc.. This really works your cadio and stamina.

i love swimming, close 2nd is running. i like running cos you can put the tunes on and go run in nature, but swimming is the best for my body and also has the best endorphin rush for me.

Dont' know, a 20 hour argument could be quite the cardio workout, depending on how emotionally personal one takes it.

Cardiovascular, or aerobic, exercise is any continuous activity that gets your heart working and can be sustained from 15 to 60 minutes or beyond. Common cardiovascular activities include jogging, cycling and hiking.

putting 100% of your capital on each time you trade can increase cardio rates considerably and also is recommended for bowel movements
