Hi Ravi,
MetaTrader4 is free and supported by most (if not all) brokers in the west - but I don't know about India. It's incredibly popular amongst forex traders in particular, but is limited in other markets and doesn't offer equities at all.

I think metatrader 5 have some extra features but metatrader 4 is the best software for the new trader or the beginner.

Will programming be different from 4 to 5?

Nothing much different but 5 have some extra features that never understand the beginner. So that's why we prefer 4 for the beginners.
