Binaries is gambling not trading. So regulated by the Gambling commission. Yeah you can sometimes exploit obvious mistakes in the pricing when the firms get the volatility wrong, but they have huge spreads/price requotes to severely limit the profit that you can make from doing so.
Binaries are a licence for these firms to print money..

Most of these types of programme have a long gestation period, especially when they have difficulty finding winning "traders"......
