Does anyone know of a "reliable"......key word here.....good "communicator"...another key word, that can construct a working API for interacative brokers.
Perhaps its just me and I don't know enough about what I want in terms of technical language, but I have had the misfortune to to deal with one incompetent and would like to avoid another. It seems impossible, and I have been quite diligent, to find someone on the net capable of doing this for me.
I really am no techie but I do know, exactly what I want from what I consider is a very simple program, so would appreciate anyone with any idea how I can go about this.
My understanding is that the Interactive Brokers API is free and but takes more programming then say something called ninja, and there are no ongoing costs using the Interactive API.
If anyone is interested the program is apparently written but when I try to run it it just comes up with error messages saying various bits & pieces cannot be found. The supplier says that it was not set up in a live environment and therefore.....well the rest is just unbelievable.
