Brokers with API for automated trading (US stocks)

Hi,

I am looking for a list of brokers that support some sort of API so I could implement an automated trade strategy/robot. Does anyone know where should I start the search? May be there is a web-site with a list of all brokers or the like?

Also, a shared good/bad experience with a particular API would be much appreciated.
