Anyone scalping the FTSE Futures??

I suddenly have a strange craving for custard.

Given we are down 50 on the Dax - I've opened a sneaky long.

Keeping my short position, I tried to scalp on the long side twice around 8:30 and got stopped out , fortunately with a very small loss.

ftse opened +20 strong vs dow and traded flat 'til 9:00am when the bustech move (no reversal this time) set it trading weak

i got 8605 as 50pt level. cash session level

I had dax cash close at86 64 giving 8614 as 50 point range.
Closed my sneaky long for +7.

dax traders seem to be front running the 50pt range thingy, dax reverses when range is 47pts

wonder if it carried ftse with it.

coo, that period of relative weakness didn't last long and ftse trading real strong - it's now around +35 strong for the day and I feel a short/long coming on when it clams down a bit.

My Dow position from yesterday is in the money which I've now closed

The Dax is at 8680 - my shorting level from this morning so I'm now short. 8678

i'm not going to pi** about today ...any weakness around 580 i'll take profits ...latest move backs up the boot filling theory for now anyway...hold 580for dare i say ftse 7000
