When the ftse moves UP 1.5% in 30 minutes two days in a row you know somethings up.
I'm guessing its portfolio managers rotating from one sector to another selling and buying huge amounts of shares.

Like I said yesterday were in a range until this sorts itself out.

If the index gets a splattering then look for the stocks that held their ground.Algos pick up on that

Its called relative strength,works better if index gets thumped
or
if index has a decent rally.Then identify the dogs that did not move/weak ones
