This is the type of garbage you get when you use zerohedge as your source for news.

In Shocking Admission, WHO Advisor Says Coronavirus May Infect Over 5 Billion People

The fed reducing Repos was not something I was factoring in to the march on 30,000 but I still think it gets there.
Looking at how the UK gov is mixing up the treasury also points to fundamental changes in monetary policy this side of the pond too.

No more deaths from coronavirus outside China in the last 11 days the only person in the whole world outside China to die was a man who lived at the epicenter of the outbreak in Wuhan and traveled to the Philippines where he died without infecting anyone else.
How long could the incubation period be ...

Whats your source?
Bloomberg

Market's resilience and the ignoring of all news that could downgrade earning continues to baffle me. Just looking at the big ones... 1.The Fed is withdrawing liquidity, 2.Biden, the only non-socialist candidate, is losing support and 3.The coronavirus has now caused more deaths than SARS & Zika which brought markets down by 13%

the coronavirus, now called something else so as not to castigate a species nor region, still has no cure, no vaccine and, in some cases, no symptoms. Medical experts say the figures coming out of China, Thailand, Philipines, etc. could be understated X 20. For those that have been to China or most of the Asian countries, would know that the shiny new buildings and growth in the numbers of $b is not a good guide to the overall development of regions outside the cities, most of the population, infrastructure and life standards outside the shiny cities is still 3rd world. One can safely say that the authorities in these countries are looking at chaos, within which, cases & death exist that are unknown to the authorities (perhaps conveniently so).

Market's disregard of the probability of lower-earning caused by disruption of 50% of the world's supply chains and by the probability of an election shock are showing carelessness, add a lowering of liquidity to that and participant going long now need to be labelled dumb.

BTW, I also got some longs in the US markets, got in when DOW was 28,273 but these are long term holds to after the elections, targeting a 29,800 DOW, however, for shorter-term, I an net short in the US.

Your news source is outdated.

You said my source (yesterdays W.H.O. daily bulletin) was outdated, do you have another source that shows a second person in the whole world outside China has died of COVID-19 ?

do you have another source
No websites, just the Bloomberg "red Heads" that say 3 deaths outside China, but as said above, no one can know, we are dealing with an area that can't be compared to Western standards, besides, the WHO is about as reliable in health matters as the IMF is in economic ones.... neither know anything about anything -they're run by academics in their heated offices overlooking the Swiss Alps. The death rate is not the point, When dealing with an illness that kills and that has no cure, no vaccine & no symptoms, the fear factor is enough to cause major disruptions

OK
I think we can agree it's not currently a significant risk to life for people who dont live in China. Don't forget the levels of health and lack of availability to medicines in the region which will have a huge impact on mortality.
A well fed American is overwhelmingly more likely to brush off this virus than a poverty ridden Chinese sweatshop worker.
The key here is the fear factor, and thats what sells newspapers and gets website clicks. Dont believe the hype.

IRL There is a story about JCB cutting production because of Coronavirus, but an ailing company will latch on to any reason to blame something other than poor management for its woes.
