Anyone scalping the FTSE Futures??

at last
on 4 hour FTSE some intent!
last bar has broken horizontal support and blown though the median line of the down PF.
I shorted the index at the red circle, which was good..
unfortunately my stops were hit on the peek above the top two horizontal lines.
It had to be a cash stop based on ATR.Ideally it would have been above the highs but that sent the R/R out of kilter.
Even though i am on the side lines at least price has shown its hand.
Looking to sell pullbacks now

just looking at some fib levels on sp500 cash

1657.7 is 38.2 % (june low- aug high)

aprox 6477 ftse cash

I am tempted to buy now. So open at 6468.

bad news on my dow long from earlier though....

I'm closing this at 6488 as I think the overnight price makers (B@st@rds) will try to take out a few stops. And I will be waiting with my fresh clean profits to take advantage of lower prices. :devilish:

Snuck in some ftse @ 6463. :p

I thought Mr Topstep was forecasting an S&P rally this week.

T2W is back online ... Really poor close for the Dow so I closed my FTSE long @68 just before 9pm. (T2W was down at the time).
I'm expecting more "price movement" to the downside overnight so I will pick them up even more cheaply. (Or I could just go short but thats far too easy).
I see Gold is coming back to bite JP morgan in the Butt. Even with India banning gold imports  They must have paid someone a lot of money to pull off that trick ;)

Okie Dokie

At some stage today ASX is a buy, 20 point div will play into greed.
Should be looking for 5,150 area, current 5,122
Problem is when will the move happen.
Straight out of the blocks in the morning or in the arvo.
Could be a sit and wait screen day and no reading sites with the new EPL season coming.

The Dow and FTSE are already making their play for overnight lows so I would say early.
Considering the move today you'd be mad not to think the Dow will reach for 15,000.

Also leaving a few small buys below 8,300 and sells above 8,375 on the DAX.
ASX and HK could go a bit lower, but should bounce at some stage.
Japan is the wild card that could bring everything down.
Got to give the FTSE and DOW something to sell into on Friday.

A good clue will be the $/Yen which had a nasty spike over 98.5 today before resuming what looks to be a sizable move down.

Morning SD

That your pick.

Fat fingers.
