I use Interactive Brokers and they have an excellent paper trading account which lets you trade the same as your real account. Very useful and good to use.
Also thinkorswim has a good platform with a papertrade account but their commissions are higher on options
CBOE offers three ways to paper trade:
1. Virtual Trade (provided by OptionsXpress)
2. paperTRADE (provided by tradeMONSTER)
3. paperMoney (provided by Thinkorswim)

You might want to tune into the TastyTrade show (www.tastytrade.com) if you're interested in trading options. It's a lot more entertaining than reading Options as a Strategic Investment

Good links but going this way it is limited, nothing beats doing the first few steps of thinkorswims account setup allowing you to download the desktop platform which I am yet to see a better platform for Option trading.
