Alerts EA on MT4

Hello Fellow Frustrated
I am wondering if anyone has or knows of an EA that simply provides an alarm (just on screen will do) that I can set on a FX pair and receive an alarm if say the price varies say 10 cents, dollars,pips or whatever from the current set price. Pretty much as does the "alerts" on the MT4 platform but less cumbersome to set up and change regularly during the day. I am envisaging say 2 parallel lines, one above and one below the current price and when the price triggers the alarm, I can simply 'drag' the parallel lines to set a new alarm. I envisage needing to move the lines several times in a day. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Pat. I actually managed to find a free EA called "Line Alerter Free". It does exactly what I want but is EXTREMELY hard to move the "alert lines". When you put the mouse over the line, other menu options keep popping up and getting in the way. No matter...it is free!!!
