actively traded stock screener

I've looked around for a stock screener that includes a parameter that represents turnover: outstanding shares / average daily volume. Surprisingly, many stocks take 30-90 days to turnover all shares in the current market. I'd like to search for stocks that appear to be loyally held by investors. Google and Yahoo won't do it. Is there a stock screener with real roll-your-own parameters?
